1.1. Promotional Platform: This Website provides information about our Events and provides links for you to purchase tickets from independent, third-party ticketing platforms such as Eventbrite, DICE, Resident Advisor, or others (each a "Ticketing Platform").

1.2. No Direct Sales: We do not sell tickets directly to you and are not a party to any transaction or contract you enter into with a Ticketing Platform to purchase a ticket.

2. Ticket Purchases

2.1. Third-Party Transactions: When you click on a "Buy Tickets" (or similar) link on our Website, you will be directed to a third-party Ticketing Platform. Your purchase of any ticket is exclusively governed by the terms and conditions of that Ticketing Platform.

2.2. Your Responsibility: You are responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and any purchase policies of the relevant Ticketing Platform before purchasing a ticket.

2.3. Queries and Issues: All inquiries regarding ticket sales, payment processing, ticket delivery, and transaction issues must be directed to the Ticketing Platform from which you purchased the ticket. We have no control over the ticketing process and cannot assist with these queries.

3. Refunds, Cancellations, and Postponement

3.1. Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds as we do not sell the tickets. The refund policy for any ticket you purchase is determined by the Ticketing Platform where the purchase was made.

3.2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we will update the information on our Website. However, the process for obtaining any refund or exchanging tickets will be handled directly by the Ticketing Platform from which you purchased your ticket, in accordance with their terms.

4. Event Rules and Attendance

4.1. Right of Admission: We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person from an event for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance, or annoyance, or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the1 event staff. A valid ticket from an authorised Ticketing Platform is required for entry.

4.2. Age Restrictions: All events are strictly over 18s unless explicitly stated otherwise. You must be able to provide valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Passport, Garda Age Card, or Driving Licence) upon entry.

4.3. Searches: For the safety of all attendees, security staff may conduct searches of persons and/or property upon entry. Prohibited items (including but not limited to food, drink, illegal substances, and weapons) will be confiscated, and entry may be refused.

4.4. Recording and Photography: Unauthorised professional photography, video, and audio recording of the event is strictly forbidden. By attending the event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded as a member of the audience. You grant us the right to use such material for promotional, commercial, or security purposes.

5. Liability

5.1. Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your use of any third-party Ticketing Platform, including any issues with ticket purchases, payments, or delivery.

5.2. Personal Property: We will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal property while at our Events, other than that caused by our gross negligence.

5.3. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is caused by a force majeure event (e.g., acts of God, war, strikes, pandemic, government restrictions) beyond our reasonable control.

6. Data Protection

6.1. Our Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect, store, and use your personal information from your interaction with our Website in accordance with our Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR. Please note this policy does not cover the data collected by third-party Ticketing Platforms.
